Introducing Our Curated Art Edit: Original Works, Artisan Craft & Bespoke Framing
Why We Curate Art Differently
At Sixty3 Styled, we believe art is more than decoration. It’s often the quiet foundation of a design scheme and the detail that changes the atmosphere and gives depth to your home.
Our new Art Edit celebrates original works, limited editions, and handcrafted sculptures created by exceptional artisans whose work captures both form and emotion. Each piece is selected for its integrity, materiality, and timeless design the kind of art that feels collected, not just purchased.
Our Curation Philosophy
Every artwork in our collection begins with the artist. We look for craftsmanship that tells a story, work created by hand, where every brushstroke, line, or sculpted surface holds intention.
Rather than chasing trends, we curate pieces that will stand the test of time and bring quiet beauty to your interiors. From Alexandra Shorey’s equine sculptures to fine art sketches and abstract compositions, each piece is chosen for its ability to elevate a space with personality and texture.
Framing & Finishing
We use premium mouldings, museum-grade glass, and acid-free materials to ensure every piece is presented beautifully and preserved for years to come. Our team offers tailored framing advice to help you achieve balance and proportion in your space, whether you’re styling a single print or creating a gallery wall. For sculpture, we work with bespoke plinths and finishes that allow form, shadow, and movement to shine. We believe that sizing, print type and framing go hand in hand. The Sixty3 Styled Team carefully curate each feature of the frame to complement the artwork and give a gallery quality experience. Expect to find elevated features such as hand deckled edges, museum grade paper, canvas or linen mounts and complementary colours. We hand select mouldings for each piece to ensure it is thoughtly framed.
How to Style Art in Your Home
Art should never feel like an afterthought. Think of it as part of your interior architecture, something that anchors a room and guides the eye.
- Place larger framed works where they can command attention, such as above a console or sofa.
- Layer smaller pieces on shelving or mantels to create visual rhythm.
- For sculpture, allow breathing space. An elegant plinth or clear tabletop gives shape room to speak.
- Consider lighting: a soft directional spotlight or picture light highlights texture and life to the surface.
When done well, artwork connects every design detail and makes a home feel truly finished.
